I’m doing it.  Fuck this body image business.  Signed up for LA Fitness and Elite Personal Training (x3 personal training a week for a year! Kill me now) and the first assessment is on Tuesday.  Dropped the money, hoping to get healthy.  There is no way I’m going to avoid doing it when it’s implemented into my schedule.  It’s better if someone else holds me accountable..

Weight loss is begiing!!!


I have decided I am done procrastinating and making excuses. I am finally going to commit to lose weight and exercise more! I am going to start tomorrow, and I think for now I will stick to ruing and home exercises. However, if I feel like I am not getting the results I want I am going to join a gym.
Current weight: 160 lbs
Height: 5’8.5”
Ultimate Goal Weight: 120 lbs
Goat Date: July 10th 2014

(sure this may be a long shot but I’ll never know unless i try)
